Lexi graduated from Macomb Community College in 2021. Lexi is a passionate Certificated Occupational Therapy Assistant with nearly two years of experience at Flourishing Lives. She has developed a deep understanding and expertise in working with preschool and elementary aged children. Her journey in occupational therapy began later in life when she witnessed the transformative effects of occupational therapy on her oldest child, who is on the autism spectrum and also navigates life with ADHD. Inspired by her own experiences, she is driven to share her journey and success with parents and help children thrive to their fullest potential.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for raising her three children, Lexi is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. Whether it’s creating a harmonious home environment or focusing on school-day success and accommodations, she thrives on pushing boundaries and exploring innovative solutions.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Lexi enjoys spending time with her family, preferably outdoors or at a campsite. She is an avid reader and finds joy in the company of her two dogs and two cats. These passions bring balance to her life and inspire creativity and fresh perspectives in her work.

Lexi believes in finding strategies to create a more peaceful existence and is committed to guiding families to find solutions that work. She believes in leveraging her expertise to impact her field and community positively. Whether it’s through mentoring aspiring professionals or helping families directly, she is dedicated to fostering growth in the field of Occupational Therapy.
