With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from McKendree University, I bring 10 years of experience in training and development, as well as five years of hands-on work in utilization management and operations. My professional journey has given me the opportunity to work across various facets of healthcare and support services, and I am so excited to apply that knowledge to Flourishing Lives as we continue to grow!
One of my most meaningful early roles was with a nonprofit organization that supported individuals with disabilities in achieving their vocational goals through customized employment opportunities. That experience sparked a deep passion for person-centered care and advocacy. Today, that passion is further fueled by my personal life—my two sons were recently diagnosed with ADHD, making Flourishing Lives’ mission not just professionally aligned, but deeply personal and meaningful to me.
What I love most about Flourishing Lives is the sense of purpose that comes with knowing my work contributes to the well-being and growth of others. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a team that truly makes a difference.
Outside of work I’m a mom and bonus mom to three wonderful kids—Ava, Jax, and Lincoln. My husband and I originally bonded through our shared love of community musical theatre, and it’s now become a family tradition, with our kids joining us on stage. We’re also enthusiastic Disney fans and love spending time together at the parks whenever we get the chance.
